【摘要】目的：分析中医特色延续护理管理在脑卒中患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年5月期间我院诊治的86例脑卒中患者作为本次的研究对象，将其平均分为对照组与观察组，每组43例。对照组应用常规护理干预，观察组应用中医特色延续护理管理。比较两组治疗依从性、生活质量、护理满意度、日常生活能力以及自我管理能力。结果：对照组治疗依从性低于观察组(P<0.05)；护理后，对照组生活质量评分低于观察组(P<0.05)；对照组护理满意度低于观察组(P<0.05)；护理后，两组自我管理能力及日常生活能力评分均较护理前高，且观察组升高幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论：在脑卒中患者中应用中医特色延续护理管理，可提高治疗依从性以及护理质量，提高患者的生活质量，促进患者更快康复，推荐在临床上使用。
