【摘要】目的：分析中医康复护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法：研究对象是2020年1月—2022年12月我院收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者，以随机数字表法将其均分为A组与B组，每组40例，分别给予常规康复护理干预及中医康复护理干预，并对两组康复效果展开对比分析。结果：干预前，两组肢体运动功能、生活自理能力及生活质量评分对比无统计学意义，P>0.05；干预后，两组肢体运动功能、生活自理能力及生活质量评分均提升，且B组上述评分均高于A组，有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：对脑卒中偏瘫患者展开中医康复护理干预不仅可以提升患者肢体功能及生活自理能力，同时可以积极影响患者生活质量，值得临床应用推广。
