【摘要】目的：探讨优质护理服务在改善儿童支气管肺炎肺功能中的作用。方法：选取2019年12月—2022年12月期间我院收治的78例支气管肺炎儿童为研究对象，采用随机分组方法将其分为人数均等的对照组与研究组，在对两组患儿进行对症治疗的基础上，对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用优质护理，比较两组患儿护理前后肺功能指标、各症状消退时间及家属护理满意度。结果：护理前，两组各项肺功能指标比较差异不大(P>0.05)；护理后，两组肺功能指标均呈良性变化，且研究组改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组各症状消退时间及住院时长均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理能够在一定程度上改善支气管肺炎患儿的肺功能指标，可促进患儿各病症的康复，家属护理满意度较高，值得应用与推广。
