【摘要】目的：研究预防接种门诊个体化健康教育对儿童预防接种的影响。方法：选取2022年5月—2023年6月时间段本中心接受预防接种的120例儿童，将选取的所有儿童分为甲组与乙组，分别采用常规健康指导及个体化健康教育两种方式展开预防接种，对比两组护理满意度以及健康教育评分。结果：乙组患者的护理满意度以及健康教育评分均高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论：将个体化健康教育运用到儿童预防接种中，可以明显强化宣传效果，保证预防接种工作的顺利进行。预防接种在国家重大疫情防控中发挥着重要作用，是一种预防疾病的主要方法，是一种可以减少、预防和控制传染病，降低幼儿发病率及病死率的有效方法。

    Study on the impact of individualized health education in vaccination outpatients on child vaccination

    【Abstract】Objective：To study the impact of individualized health education in vaccination clinic on child vaccination.Methods：120 children who received vaccination at our center from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected.All selected children were divided into group A and group B，and routine health guidance and individualized health education were used for vaccination，respectively.The nursing satisfaction and health education scores of the two groups were compared.Results：The nursing satisfaction and health education scores in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05).Conclusion：Applying individualized health education to children’s vaccination can obviously improve the publicity effect and ensure the smooth progress of vaccination work.Vaccination plays an important role in the prevention and control of major national epidemics.It is a main method of disease prevention and an effective method that can reduce ......
