【摘要】目的：探讨综合护理干预预防分娩镇痛产妇产后尿潴留的效果。方法：以我院收治的82例分娩镇痛产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将产妇分为对照组和观察组，对照组41例给予常规护理，观察组41例给予综合护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组产后首次排尿时间与住院时间均短于对照组，产后1d的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组产时导尿、产后留置尿管及产后尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对分娩镇痛产妇采用综合护理干预的护理效果显著，值得临床推广和使用。
