【摘要】目的：探讨在小儿急性高热惊厥中实施细致化护理的干预效果。方法：选择急性高热惊厥患儿共计150例，收治时间为2021年11月—2023年11月，入组患儿的分组方式以不同干预方案为参考依据，各75例，对照组患儿实施常规护理，研究组患儿在对照组基础上开展细致化护理，对比两组干预效果。结果：干预后，研究组患儿家长健康知识掌握度评分升高优势较对照组更加明显(P<0.05)；研究组患儿总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)；研究组患儿并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)；研究组家长满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：在小儿急性高热惊厥中实施细致化护理有助于家长掌握健康知识，减少并发症，促进患儿病情康复，提高家长满意度，具有较高的应用价值。
