【摘要】目的：探讨针对性护理在慢性宫颈炎护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2020年9月—2023年5月我院收治的78例慢性宫颈炎患者，按照随机抽签法将患者分为实验组和对照组，每组39例患者，实验组给予针对性护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理前，两组慢性宫颈炎疾病知识认知程度评分比较没有显著差异，P>0.05；护理后，实验组上述评分高于对照组，P<0.05。护理前，两组心理状态评分比较没有显著差异，P>0.05；护理后，实验组上述评分均高于对照组，P<0.05。护理前，两组生活质量评分比较没有显著差异，P>0.05；护理后，实验组生活质量评分高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在慢性宫颈炎护理中应用针对性护理，可以缓解患者心理压力，提高生活质量。
