【摘要】目的：分析个性化综合饮食干预在2型糖尿病护理中的应用价值。方法：选取2020年1月—2022年12月期间我院收治的70例2型糖尿病患者进行研究，随机将其分成两组，每组35例。给予对照组常规护理，给予观察组个性化综合饮食干预。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，两组的甘油三酯、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及餐后2h血糖水平均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组的甘油三酯、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及餐后2h血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前，两组生理功能、社会功能、健康状况和情感职能评分比较差异不明显(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组上述指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：个性化综合饮食干预在2型糖尿病护理中有较高的应用价值。
