【摘要】目的：探讨护士主导的多学科协作(Multiple Disciplinary Team，MDT)模式在呼吸重症患者肠内营养中的应用效果。方法：选取2023年1月—2023年8月我院呼吸重症监护室(respiratory intensive care unit，RICU)94例经鼻胃管肠内营养的患者，通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组47例。对照组使用常规营养管理方案，研究组实施MDT模式营养管理方案，观察比较两组患者营养指标、肠内营养喂养不耐受、目标喂养量达成情况及住RICU时间。结果：干预第7d，研究组营养指标明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患者喂养不耐受发生率低于对照组，住RICU时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组目标喂养量达成率高于对照组，但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05) 。结论：呼吸重症患者采用以护士主导的MDT模式行肠内营养，可改善患者营养状况，降低肠内营养喂养不耐受发生率，缩短RICU住院时间。
