【摘要】目的：探讨基于动机行为转化的康复护理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法：选择70例老年高血压患者为研究对象，受试者纳入时间为2021年8月—2023年8月，以不同干预方案为依据进行分组，每组35例，对照组患者仅采用常规护理，研究组患者在对照组基础上开展基于动机行为转化的康复护理，对比两组患者的干预效果。结果：干预后，两组患者血压水平较干预前均明显降低，且与对照组相比，研究组血压水平更低(P<0.05)；干预后，两组患者的SASE总分、MASES及MMAS-8评分较干预前均明显升高，且与对照组相比，研究组上述评分更高(P<0.05)；研究组患者护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：在老年高血压患者中开展基于动机行为转化的康复护理有助于提升患者的自护能力及用药依从性，更高效地控制血压水平，提高护理满意度。
