【摘要】目的：探讨与评价品管圈活动在提高血液透析下机操作规范性中的应用效果。方法：研究时间为2023年3月—2023年8月，选择在江苏省盐城市大丰人民医院血液透析科工作的24名护理人员作为研究对象。从2023年3月开始实施品管圈活动质量管理，观察与记录血液透析下机操作规范性。结果：品管圈活动质量管理后护理人员的手卫生、密闭式回血、机器表面消毒、废液排放、拔穿刺针、机器内部消毒等不规范性为6.97%，显著低于品管圈活动质量管理前的15.15%(P<0.05)。品管圈活动质量管理后护理人员的团体精神、沟通协调、活动信心、责任感、荣誉感等无形成果评分都显著高于品管圈活动质量管理前(P<0.05)。结论：品管圈活动可提高血液透析下机操作的规范性，也可提高护理人员的综合素质，有很好的应用效果。
