【摘要】目的：观察预防普外科高龄患者切口感染的卓越护理服务模式及实施效果。方法：设定研究时间段为2020年1月—2023年1月，选取此时间湖南省康复医院普外科收治的62例高龄患者进行分析，均接受手术治疗。参考双色球法划分组别，每组31例。常规组予以常规护理服务模式，实践组予以卓越护理服务模式。对两组护理效果进行对比分析。结果：实践组的术后恢复时间及住院时间短于常规组(P<0.05)；护理后，实践组的疼痛评分及睡眠质量评分均低于常规组，且护理服务水平评分高于常规组(P<0.05)；实践组的切口愈合情况好于常规组(P<0.05)；实践组的切口感染发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：在为普外科高龄手术患者展开护理服务时，予以卓越护理服务模式可缩短术后恢复时间，缓解疼痛，更好地进行睡眠，利于切口愈合，且切口感染发生率较低，推荐应用。
