【摘要】目的：解析在临床护理中，对门诊输液患者使用护患沟通技巧的效果。方法：2022年1月—2023年5月，选取72例门诊输液患者作为研究对象，患者按名字首字母进行排序，然后用单双号抽取的方法进行分组，研究组(36例)实施护患沟通技巧护理，对照组(36例)实施常规护理，比较两组输液不良事件、SAS和SDS评分。结果：护理后，相较于对照组，研究组SAS和SDS评分更低(P<0.05)；相较于对照组，研究组输液不良事件发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论：在临床护理中，对门诊输液患者实施护患沟通技巧的效果显著，可降低输液不良事件发生率，改善不良情绪，具有临床价值。
