【摘要】目的：分析神经内科脑卒中后偏瘫患者采用康复护理模式对其神经功能、运动功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法：选取80例自愿参与的脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象，患者的入选时间为2019年6月—2022年6月，采用随机双盲方法将患者分为对照组(常规护理模式)与观察组(康复护理模式)，每组40例。比较两组患者的康复效果。结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，两组患者NIHSS评分均降低，两组FMAS及BI评分均升高，且观察组患者NIHSS评分明显低于对照组，FMAS及BI评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对神经内科脑卒中后偏瘫患者采用康复护理模式具有良好的康复效果，在临床上具有较高的应用价值。
