【摘要】目的：分析下肢创伤骨折术后功能训练康复护理对膝关节僵硬的影响。方法：选取2019年10月—2022年10月本院收治的70例行下肢创伤骨折手术患者，以随机抽签法将患者分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施功能训练康复护理。对比两组护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组护理质量评分、关节活动度及膝关节功能恢复情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对行下肢创伤骨折手术患者实施功能训练康复护理的效果显著，可以提高护理质量和关节活动度，促进患者膝关节功能快速恢复。
