【摘要】目的：分析综合康复护理干预在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法：研究开展时间为2020年1月—2022年12月，将本院收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象，并以随机法分组，每组40例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行综合康复护理。对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组膝关节功能和疼痛评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组生活质量和自理能力评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用综合康复护理进行干预，可以使患者的生活质量获得显著的提高，降低了患者的疼痛程度，提高了患者的膝关节功能和日常生活自理能力，提高了护理质量。
