【摘要】目的：探究个性化护理方法运用于突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者中的临床应用效果。方法：本研究的疾病类型为突发性耳聋伴耳鸣，共纳入80例患者进行临床疗效分析，选取时间段为2020年2月—2023年2月，采用随机法将患者分为两组，命名为对照组与观察组，每组40例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用冰山理论的个性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，与对照组相比，观察组患者SAS及SDS评分均更低，差异显著(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，观察组患者护理满意度更高，差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组患者治疗依从性高于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：在突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者的治疗过程中融合个性化护理，临床应用效果显著，值得推广使用。
