【摘要】在传染病的控制中，预防接种是最经济的公共卫生干预措施。当前，我国越来越重视儿童免疫规划工作，由此提高了适龄儿童接种率，且不断增加了预防接种疫苗种类，因此接种工作量也随之增加。在接种工作日益繁重的同时，由于工作人员接种操作中出现失误导致的接种纠纷时有发生。接种工作中的核心问题主要是安全接种，本文首先分析了基层预防接种的安全风险，之后提出了有效的解决对策。
