【摘要】目的：分析健康教育联合心理疏导对焦虑抑郁症患者心理状态的影响。方法：选择2020年8月—2022年8月期间经我院确诊并接受治疗的78例焦虑抑郁症患者作为研究对象，根据治疗期间所采取的不同干预方式将其分成对照组和观察组，每组均有39例患者。给予对照组患者常规护理干预，观察组患者给予健康教育联合心理疏导干预，应用SAS、SDS量表评估两组患者干预前后焦虑抑郁心理状态的变化情况；从作息、社交、解决问题三个方面评估两组患者干预后的心理健康程度。结果：干预后，两组患者SAS及SDS评分均显著降低，且相较于对照组，观察组患者SAS及SDS评分更低，组间数据对比差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组患者规律作息、主动社交、解决问题能力等心理健康评分均较对照组优，组间对比均有明显差异，存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对焦虑抑郁症患者应用健康教育联合心理疏导干预措施可有效改善患者负性心理，促进患者心理健康，有确切的临床推广价值。
