【摘要】目的：针对慢性胃炎患者实施健康教育的临床效果进行分析与研究。方法：2020年7月—2022年7月，选取104例慢性胃炎患者，按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和参照组，每组52例。观察组实施常规护理的同时，增加健康教育；参照组仅使用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组患者各项自我管理行为评分均明显高于参照组，P<0.05；护理后，观察组患者各项生活质量评分均显著高于参照组，P<0.05；观察组患者护理总满意度明显高于参照组，P<0.05；观察组遵医依从率相较参照组更高，P<0.05。结论：在常规护理的基础上开展健康教育，能够让患者自我管理行为及遵医行为得到显著提升，生活质量得到更好改善，其护理总满意度较高，值得普及。
