【摘要】目的：观察门诊护理对老年糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2021年8月—2022年8月我院收治的74例老年糖尿病患者，随机将其分为门诊护理的观察组(37例)与常规护理的对照组(37例)，比较两组生活质量及健康知识掌握程度。结果：干预后，与对照组相比，观察组生活质量评分和健康知识掌握程度评分更高，P<0.05。结论：给予老年糖尿病患者门诊护理，能提高患者生活质量和健康知识掌握程度，值得借鉴。

    【Abstract】Objective：To observe the influence of outpatient nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods：74 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group of outpatient nursing (37 cases) and the control group of routine nursing (37 cases).The quality of life and mastery level of health knowledge between the two groups were compared.Results：After intervention，compared with the control group，the quality of life score and mastery level of health knowledge score in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion：Outpatient nursing for elderly patients with diabetes can improve the quality of life of patients and mastery degree of health knowledge ......
