【摘要】目的：研究对初产妇剖宫产应用全凭静脉麻醉的效果及血流动力学指标的变化情况。方法：于2022年8月—2023年8月本院接受不同麻醉方案的初产妇中各随机抽取35例，作为对照组(静吸复合麻醉)和观察组(全凭静脉麻醉)，对比两组血流动力学指标以及新生儿情况。结果：观察组开始手术时HR为(83.64±5.94)次/min，分娩时HR为(85.68±7.56)次/min，分娩后1hHR为(83.89±8.16)次/min，显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组开始手术时MAP为(97.25±6.59)mmHg，分娩时MAP为(99.28±5.26)mmHg，分娩后1hMAP为(99.43±6.58)mmHg，显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿Apgar评分和血气指标未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：对剖宫产初产妇采取全凭静脉麻醉方式进行手术对于孕妇术中血流动力学波动的影响较小，对新生儿健康状况也未见明显影响，其麻醉效果有明显优势。
