【摘要】目的：研究和分析剖宫产瘢痕妊娠治疗中采用经阴道子宫瘢痕切开取胚并子宫缺陷修补术的临床价值。方法：收集2021年9月—2023年9月期间我院收治的40例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者临床资料，将其分为对照组与实验组，各20例，对照组采用子宫动脉栓塞术后清宫治疗，实验组行经阴道子宫瘢痕切开取胚并子宫缺陷修补术，对比两组患者各项治疗指标。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术，实验组患者的平均手术时间、平均月经复潮时间、平均血HCG恢复正常时间以及平均阴道流血时间分别为(59.43±6.03)min、(36.51±4.21)d、(17.60±2.03)d以及(13.63±3.02)d，均短于对照组，实验组平均术中出血量为(59.25±7.11)mL，低于对照组，P<0.05；实验组术后出现并发症的占比为5.00%(1/20)，低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：通过将经阴道子宫瘢痕切开取胚并子宫缺陷修补术运用在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者治疗中，可以缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，预防术后并发症，具有安全、有效、经济和微创的特点，值得临床推广。
