【摘要】目的：分析子宫压迫缝合术在产后出血治疗中的临床价值与效果。方法：从2021年4月—2023年4月我院收治的产后出血的产妇中纳入52例进行研究，依据信封法将患者划分为对照组与研究组，每组26例，对照组与研究组分别给予常规止血治疗与子宫压迫缝合术止血治疗，并对两组治疗效果进行对比。结果：研究组临床相关指标均优于对照组，P<0.05；对照组止血总有效率[61.54%(16/26)]及止血满意率[53.85%(14/26)]均低于研究组[96.15%(25/26)及88.46%(23/26)]，两者差距在统计学中有意义，P<0.05；研究组产妇止血过程中不良事件的发生率为3.85%(1/26)，低于对照组的23.08%(6/26)，两者差距在统计学中有意义，P<0.05。结论：在产后出血产妇治疗中应用子宫压迫缝合术的止血价值较高，能够有效缩短止血时间，有助于减少出血量，促进其术后机体恢复，同时还能降低止血过程中的不良事件发生率，可在临床广泛应用。
