【摘要】目的：研究妊娠期高血压孕妇采取阿司匹林联合硫酸镁治疗后对其妊娠结局的影响。方法：从我院产科收治的妊娠期高血压患者中纳入104例进行研究，纳入时间段为2021年7月18日—2023年7月18日，以电脑随机数字表法将以上患者分成参考组和研究组，两组均有52例患者，参考组采取硫酸镁治疗，研究组采取阿司匹林联合硫酸镁治疗，比较两组的疗效、妊娠结局以及血压水平。结果：①研究组患者的治疗总有效率较参考组明显更高，组间差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。②研究组患者的妊娠结局优于参考组，组间差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗后，研究组患者的血压水平明显比参考组更低，两组数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：妊娠期高血压患者实施阿司匹林联合硫酸镁治疗，能有效改善其血压水平以及妊娠结局，治疗效果十分明显，可长期临床推行。
