【摘要】目的：对比改良眼轮匝肌缩短术与眼睑皮肤轮匝肌切除术在老年性下睑内翻患者中的作用机制。方法：择取我院在2020年5月—2023年5月期间收治的79例老年性下睑内翻患者为观察对象，以手术方式进行分组，即对照组(n=39，眼睑皮肤轮匝肌切除术)和观察组(n=40，改良眼轮匝肌缩短术)，对比两组患者术后远期疗效以及并发症发生率。结果：观察组远期治疗总有效率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：改良眼轮匝肌缩短术在老年性下睑内翻患者的治疗中的远期疗效更为理想，并发症发生率更低，值得推广。
