【摘要】目的：探讨高频B超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断筛查中的应用效果。方法：选择2022年9月—2023年9月期间本院收治的100例乳腺病变患者作为研究对象。100例患者均在治疗、穿刺、病理检查前完成彩色多普勒超声及高频B超检查。统计患者病理诊断结果，并汇总超声诊断结果，分析彩超、高频B超与病理诊断符合率，对比两种超声模式对病变的诊断情况。结果：病理诊断显示，恶性病变患者共16例，良性病变84例。与病理诊断比较：高频B超对乳腺恶性病变诊断符合率(87.50%)显著高于彩超(68.75%)(P<0.05)；高频B超对乳腺良性病变诊断符合率(94.05%)显著高于彩超(83.33%)(P<0.05)；高频B超对乳腺病变性质诊断总符合率(93.00%)显著高于彩超(81.00%)(P<0.05)。结论：高频B超对乳腺癌的检出率较高，同时也可有效鉴别诊断良性病变，对乳腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断效果较好，应用价值较高，可作为该类病变筛查和诊断的可靠方式。
