【摘要】目的：观察妇科接受腹腔镜手术患者在全麻诱导时静脉泵注不同剂量右美托咪定对患者苏醒的影响。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年6月本院收治的妇科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的75例患者，按照随机数字表法将75例患者随机分为三组，对照组(n=25)给予等量生理盐水，观察A组(n=25)给予静脉泵注右美托咪定(0.30μg/kg)，观察B组(n=25)给予静脉泵注右美托咪定(0.60μg/kg)。结果：观察B组自主呼吸恢复时间[(8.06±0.15)min]、苏醒时间[(14.06±1.01)min]及拔管时间[(18.32±1.06)min]均短于对照组和观察A组(P<0.05)。观察B组躁动评分[(2.03±0.11)分]及镇静评分[(3.86±0.98)分]均优于对照组和观察A组(P<0.05)。观察B组不良反应发生率为4.00%，明显低于对照组和观察A组(P<0.05)。结论：妇科腹腔镜手术患者在全麻诱导前给予0.60μg/kg右美托咪定处理，可有效改善临床指标，有利于提升镇静效果，改善躁动情况，确保麻醉安全性。
