【摘要】目的：探讨背根神经节脉冲射频联合氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏这种创新的治疗方法在治疗腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病引起的腰腿疼痛中的疗效及安全性。方法：本研究选取2022年1月—2023年5月于张掖市第二人民医院确诊的腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病引起的腰腿疼痛患者共86例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将患者分为两组，其中对照组仅接受背根神经节脉冲射频治疗，实验组接受背根神经节脉冲射频联合氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏治疗。采用数字评分量表(NRS)和奥斯威斯特里残疾指数(ODI)评估两组治疗前后的疼痛与功能障碍的变化。同时，详细记录两组患者在治疗期间可能出现的所有不良反应。结果：治疗前，两组NRS与ODI评分比较差异不大(P>0.05)；治疗后1周和1个月，两组NRS与ODI评分均显著降低，且与对照组相比，实验组的患者的NRS与ODI评分均显著更低(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：背根神经节脉冲射频联合氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏为腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病引起的腰腿疼痛患者带来了更为明显的疗效，且其安全性得到验证。这为腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病引起的腰腿疼痛治疗领域提供了一个新的可能方向，有望为更多患者带来实质性的帮助。
