【摘要】目的：分析高血压患者在治疗期间采取耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷中医护理的效果，帮助高血压患者更好地了解和应用中医护理方法。方法：收录2022年8月—2023年8月期间收治的100例高血压患者。采用抽签法将其分为两组，每组分别纳入50例样本。对照组采用常规干预，观察组采用耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷中医护理，比较两组干预的效果。结果：干预后，观察组总满意度以及生活质量评分均高于对照组，血压水平以及睡眠质量评分均低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在高血压治疗中的应用具有很大的潜力和价值。
