【摘要】目的：观察中药补肾调周辅以清热利湿法治疗肾虚湿热型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的效果。方法：参与研究的患者共计80例，均在2022年5月—2023年5月来我院接受治疗，通过中医辨证为肾虚湿热型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的患者。将所有患者均分为对照组与实验组，每组40例。其中，对照组给予妇科千金胶囊治疗，实验组患者采用中药补肾调周结合清热利湿法治疗。比较两组疗效。结果：治疗前，实验组患者中医症候积分、局部体征积分以及总积分都与对照组接近(P>0.05)；治疗后，实验组中医症候积分、局部体征积分以及总积分均低于对照组，平均月经周期以及平均月经经期均短于对照组，平均月经量低于对照组，两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药补肾调周结合清热利湿法这一治疗方案的临床疗效显著，能够改善患者各项症状，提升生活水平，值得在中医院临床广泛推广与应用。
