【摘要】目的：探究中药饮片应用不同炮制方法的疗效及安全性。方法：将80例中药饮片治疗患者纳入研究，时间范围2023年1月—2023年7月，利用奇偶数法将其分为对照组(水处理前分档)和观察组(水处理前联合炮制前分档)，各40例，对不同炮制方法的疗效及安全性展开对比。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药饮片临床应用中，建议采取水处理前联合炮制前分档方法炮制，以此保证饮片质量，提高临床治疗效果，减少不良反应。
