【摘要】目的：探讨温针灸与循经取穴推拿相结合对腰椎间盘突出患者的影响。方法：筛选80例来源于我院2021年1月—2022年12月这一特定时间段内的腰椎间盘突出症患者。采用随机数字表法将其分成两组：对照组(温针灸，n=40)和观察组(温针灸联合循经取穴推拿，n=40)。观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗前，组间中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)和腰椎活动度的数值均衡(P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组中医证候积分和VAS评分低于对照组，腰椎活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：温针灸与循经取穴推拿相结合的方案有利于促进腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的恢复，可减轻病情以及疼痛。
