【摘要】目的：研究治疗痔疮患者过程中采用中西医结合方式的效果。方法：选取60例痔疮患者进行研究，选取时间为2022年4月—2023年3月，抽签分组进行治疗，每组30例，研究组使用中西医结合方式，即使用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外用以及地奥司明片口服，对照组使用地奥司明片口服，对比两组治疗第7d的总有效率、并发症以及症状体征积分。结果：相较于对照组，研究组治疗第7d的总有效率明显更高，P<0.05，存在统计学意义；研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，P<0.05，有统计学意义。治疗后，相比对照组，研究组各项症状体征积分明显更低，P<0.05。结论：治疗痔疮患者过程中采用中西医结合方式的效果理想，临床推荐使用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外用以及地奥司明片口服，患者并发症明显更少。
