【摘要】目的：分析舒筋活络汤结合针灸对肩袖损伤肩关节功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法：选择2022年3月—2023年3月在我院治疗的100例肩袖损伤患者作为观察对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，各50例，对照组实施针灸治疗，而研究组实施舒筋活络汤结合针灸治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：治疗后，对照组CMS评分低于研究组，P<0.05；治疗后，对照组各项炎症因子指标均高于研究组，P<0.05。结论：舒筋活络汤结合针灸治疗不仅能使肩袖损伤患者肩关节功能得到有效恢复，还能有效降低炎症因子，值得推广。
