【摘要】目的：为了提升中药在临床使用的合理性，探究提出中药处方点评的方式，总结过程与结果。方法：抽取100张中药处方，其中50张未接受中药处方点评，设定为对照组；另外50张接受中药处方点评，设定为研究组。对比两组处方中不合理用药发生率、医患纠纷发生率及投诉率。结果：研究组处方中不合理用药发生率、医患纠纷发生率及投诉率均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：为了保证中药在临床的合理使用，保证患者的用药安全，建议推广应用中药处方点评的管理方式，减少因不合理用药而产生的纠纷及投诉，保证患者治疗的安全性。
