【摘要】目的：分析全面护理管理在儿科病房医院感染防控中的实施效果。方法：收集50例儿科患儿相关数据，选取时间为2021年9月—2023年9月，以2022年9月为中心分为两组，即对照组(2021年9月—2022年8月，常规护理管理)和研究组(2022年9月—2023年9月，全面护理管理)，每组25例。统计后数据纳入SPSS26.0统计学软件包，对两组护理管理后的医院感染发生率、住院时间、护理质量、患儿家长负性情绪和对护理措施的满意度进行对比。结果：与对照组相比，研究组医院感染发生率更低，住院时间更短，组间差异分析有意义(P<0.05)；管理后，研究组护理质量评分高于对照组，对比有意义(P<0.05)；管理后，研究组患儿家长负性情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，研究组总满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论：全面护理管理可以更好地满足患儿家属护理需求，改善其不良情绪，提升护理质量，对医院感染的抑制具有积极意义，缩短患儿住院时间，推广价值高。
