【摘要】目的：研究对产妇产后出血应用产房助产护理的效果。方法：于2021年7月—2023年7月我院收治的产妇中随机抽取74例，分为对照组(37例，常规护理)和观察组(37例，产房助产护理)，对比两组护理效果。结果：两组第一产程比较差异不大(P>0.05)；观察组第二产程为(35.76±5.16)min，第三产程为(8.43±1.19)min，均短于对照组[(50.46±4.28)min和(13.52±1.68)min](P<0.05)。观察组产后2h出血量为(245.82±45.31)mL，产后24h出血量为(338.62±40.85)mL，均少于对照组[(342.62±51.45)mL和(480.70±49.26)mL](P<0.05)。观察组满意度评分为(86.32±5.67)分，高于对照组[(76.58±3.68)分](P<0.05)。结论：对产妇应用产房助产护理可有效缩短产程，减少产后出血量，有助于改善产妇满意度。
