【摘要】目的：分析产科中母婴床旁护理模式的价值。方法：将100名产妇作为调查对象，抽签分组，即常规组和床旁组，均有50例，前者行常规护理模式，后者行母婴床旁护理模式，研究在2021年8月—2022年8月实施，比较两组知识掌握率、新生儿发育情况以及满意率。结果：床旁组的沐浴知识掌握率为96.00%，抚触知识掌握率为94.00%，肚脐护理知识掌握率为98.00%，哺乳知识掌握率为96.00%，臀部护理知识掌握率为98.00%，均高于常规组，P<0.05。床旁组首次胎便时间和胎便转黄时间均短于常规组，排便次数低于常规组，睡眠时间长于常规组，P<0.05。床旁组满意率为94.00%，明显高于常规组的76.00%，差异显著，P<0.05。结论：母婴床旁护理方案可提升产妇技能，帮助胎儿快速排便，保持较长睡眠时间，提高满意率，可在产科使用。
