【摘要】目的：分析产妇接受父亲参与式护理对其母乳喂养自我效能感产生的作用与影响。方法：选取80例产妇为研究对象，研究时间为2021年6月—2023年6月，应用随机数字表法将其等分为对比组(40例，常规护理)和观察组(40例，父亲参与式护理)，将两组护理效果实施比较研究。结果：观察组产后不同阶段母乳喂养自我效能感评分和幸福感评分均高于对比组，P<0.05；观察组产后不同阶段纯母乳喂养率均高于对比组，P<0.05。结论：应用父亲参与式护理有助于提高产妇母乳喂养自我效能感，增强其幸福感，提升纯母乳喂养率，因此适合普及。
