【摘要】目的：探究对气胸手术患者采用NNN-链接护理模式的效果以及影响。方法：选取2019年5月—2023年5月我院胸外科收治的51例气胸手术患者作为研究对象，按照时间的不同进行分组，其中2019年5月—2021年4月收治的患者为对照组(25例)，2021年5月—2023年5月收治的患者为观察组(26例)，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组在对照组的基础上增加NNN-链接护理模式，对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果：干预后，观察组焦虑以及抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术中应激相关指标水平均优于对照组，护理后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对气胸手术的患者采用NNN-链接护理模式能够缓解其负性情绪以及应激反应，具有较好的护理效果。
