【摘要】目的：分析个性化护理在前列腺手术患者中的应用效果。方法：纳入我院2023年5月—2023年9月收治的80例前列腺手术患者为研究对象，按照患者入院时间将其分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，前者行常规护理，后者行个性化护理，对比两组并发症发生率、疼痛评分、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果：护理后，观察组患者的并发症发生率和疼痛评分均低于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：给前列腺手术患者采用个性化护理，能够显著降低患者的并发症发生率和疼痛评分，显著缩短住院时间，促进患者病情恢复，可以作为一种有效的护理方式在临床上使用。
