【摘要】目的：研究在胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者护理中运用加速康复外科护理的效果。方法：选择90例胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者，分组进行护理，每组45例，研究组使用加速康复外科护理，而对照组使用常规护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：相较于对照组，研究组的首次进食时间、首次下床时间、胸腔引流管留置时间和平均住院时间均明显更短，住院费用明显更少，并发症发生率和再入院率明显更低，P<0.05。结论：在胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者护理中运用加速康复外科护理的效果理想。
