【摘要】目的：分析早期康复护理干预对改善老年脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响。方法：选取我院收治的120例老年脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组和康复组，各60例，对比两组患者护理效果。结果：护理后，康复组患者下肢静脉血流指标、下肢深静脉血栓发生率、神经功能缺损评分、生活质量评分等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：早期康复护理对改善老年脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能有积极作用，可以降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率，提升患者生活质量。
