【摘要】目的：研究一体化急救与院内预见性护理干预应用于严重创伤患者中的效果。方法：选取60例严重创伤患者，救治时间为2023年1月—2023年8月，按照双色球法以1：1比例分组，均30例，其中对照组和观察组分别行传统创伤急救和一体化急救与院内预见性护理。比较两组急救效果。结果：观察组完成检查时间、急诊到手术时间及有效救治时间均短于对照组，差异明显，P<0.05；急救后，观察组ISS评分明显低于对照组，CRAMS评分明显高于对照组，P<0.05；观察组并发症发生率(10.0%)明显低于对照组(36.7%)，P<0.05。结论：在严重创伤临床救治过程中，对患者实施一体化急救和院内预见性护理可以显著缩短临床救治时间，明显改善其创伤程度，降低其并发症发生率，值得推广。
