【摘要】目的：分析运动康复护理对慢性心力衰竭患者运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法：选定2022年1月—2023年4月为研究时间段，以该时段内80例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，按照随机数字法将患者分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施运动康复护理。对比两组运动功能以及日常生活能力。结果：护理后，与对照组相比，观察组运动功能(6min步行试验)更优(P<0.05)。护理后，与对照组相比，观察组日常生活能力(Barthel指数)更高(P<0.05)。结论：以运动康复护理为主导下，慢性心力衰竭患者在日常生活能力以及运动功能都有大幅度提升，值得临床推广。
