【摘要】目的：分析综合护理对血液透析肾衰竭患者的影响。方法：选取我院2022年5月—2023年5月期间收治的70例血液透析肾衰竭患者，按照随机分组方式将患者分成对照组(35例，常规护理)和研究组(35例，综合护理)，对比两组护理干预后患者的生活质量和并发症发生率。结果：护理后，研究组患者在社会、心理、躯体、疼痛等方面的生活质量评分均高于对照组，P<0.05；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：综合护理干预血液透析肾衰竭患者，有利于提高患者生活质量，预防相关并发症发生，值得推荐。
