【摘要】目的：探讨显微骨科行游离植皮术治疗期间的优质护理措施及护理效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年6月期间于我院显微骨科接受游离植皮术治疗的82例患者，将其分为观察组(优质护理)和对照组(常规护理)，各41例，对比两组的护理效果。结果：观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肉芽生长时间、上皮组织生长时间以及创面愈合时间比对照组更短(P<0.05)。护理后，观察组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后，观察组患者的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：显微骨科游离植皮术治疗期间，优质护理的有效开展，可以有效促进患者术后快速和良好恢复。
