【摘要】目的：观察肿瘤化疗患者护理管理中精细化管理的应用价值。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年8月50例肿瘤化疗患者，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(一般护理)与观察组(精细化管理)，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组不良反应发生率(4.00%)比对照组(20.00%)低(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组的SDS及SAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组的生活质量评分比对照组高(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度(96.00%)比对照组(76.00%)高(P<0.05)。结论：对肿瘤化疗患者实行精细化管理服务，可有效降低不良反应发生率，改善不良心理，提高生活质量，凸显其应用价值，可进一步推行使用。
