【摘要】目的：探讨家庭康复护理对脊柱骨折患者身心健康及生活质量的影响。方法：此次实验共选取102例脊柱骨折患者进行研究分析，采取盲抽方式进行分组，对照组与观察组各51例患者，前者沿用常规护理模式，后者实施家庭康复护理，对两组实际应用效果进行评价和分析。结果：护理前，两组患者SAS、SDS以及生活质量评分对比基本无差异表现(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组，生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对于脊柱骨折患者而言，在治疗期间予以家庭康复护理可有效改善患者负性情绪，切实提高患者生活质量水平。
